Do you have day use only lockers?

Yes, we offer day use lockers at all locations. Day use lockers will be marked and you must bring your own lock to secure your items. Please do not put items in a locker with out a lock. Brenda Athletic Clubs is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

What is the guest pass policy to bring in a friend?

We offer complimentary guest passes to our members for their friends.

These passes must be obtained at least 24 hours in advance for the guest.
The guest must be a local resident over the age of 18 with a current I.D.
The same guest may only use a complimentary pass once a month up to 3 times per year.

For more information or to request a complimentary pass for a friend please contact your membership department.

We also offer a guest pass fee when member’s bring a guest. $10.00 guest pass fee.

Guest fee must be paid at time of visit.
Member may charge guest fee to account if they have VIP charging available on their account.

*Any minor under the age of 18 that is not a current member of Brenda Athletic Clubs must be accompanied by their legal guardian and must have a waiver filled out at front desk before entrance to the facility.

Minor guest pass fees are as follows:

12 and Under $5.00 guest fee
13 and older $10.00 guest fee

How do I renew my membership?

How do I change or update EFT information for my account?

You may change or update your EFT account information at our front desk at any location or go online by clicking here.

I have lost my card! Can I still use the facility?

Yes, you can still use the facility. Just bring your driver’s license with you for identification to check in at the customer service desk. After 3 visits, if you are unable to find your card, you will need to purchase a new one for $10.00.

Do you offer towel service?

Yes, you may have this service added to your account for an extra charge per month. This is available for one person or for families. This can be added on at our front desk.
