BAC Group Exercise Classes
- Aquasize – A no impact aerobic workout in the pool.
- Push/X-Treme Push – A weight training workout that strengthens, tones and firms the body.
- Forever Young Classes – A low impact aerobic and strengthening class.
- Kickboxing – A cardio kick, chop and punch aerobic class.
- Yoga Basic & Advanced Classes – Improve your flexibility, strength, and tone your muscles. This class is for your mind body and soul.
- Core Conditioning/CORE – Tone, stretch, and firm your body in these Pilates controlled movements. Please bring sticky mat.
- 20/20/20 – 20 minutes of low impact, 20 minutes of basic steps and 20 minutes of weights.
- Ballates – A mixture of Yoga and Pilates done on the stability ball. Please bring a sticky mat.
- Butts and Guts – A toning class that specifically attacks the abdominal and gluteaul areas.
- Cycling/Spin/Express Ride/Performance Ride/The Ride/LC Spin – Our cardiovascular stationary bike classes.
- Push/Ball – A push class that includes the challenge of ball stability.
