We offer group exercise classes here at Brenda Athletic Clubs Turlock Sport. Our classes range from Zumba to Yoga to cycling to kickboxing and everywhere in between. Our group exercise instructors clearly explain proper techniques, demonstrations of the exercises, and teach appropriate methods to strengthen specific muscles. Modifications are always provided to accommodate different fitness levels or common injuries. All of our instructors are required to stay up to date with their group exercise certifications to provide our members with the safest and most effective workout possible. Attending our group exercise classes will help keep you accountable and motivated so you will have fun working out with a group instead of on your own. A group weight training work out that strengthens, tones and firms the body through the use of barbells and dumbbells.
Take the fundamentals of PUSH and take it up several notches with cardio intervals added in. Recommended for those in intermediate to advance fitness conditioning.

A low impact aerobic & strengthening class.

20 minutes of low impact, 20 minutes of basic step & 20 minutes of weights.

Silver Sneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Activate your aqua urge for variety! Silver Splash offers lots of fun shallow-water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special Silver Sneakers kick board is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
