One on One
There is no substitute for personal attention. In a private session it’s you and your trainer working together to develop your fitness plan and assist you in attaining your specific fitness goal. Our clients’ goals range from improving health, weight loss, increasing fitness levels such as strength and endurance as well as increasing athletic performance. Your trainer will provide you with focus, accountability, motivation, nutritional guidance and intensity relative to your goal.

Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that combines gravity and the user’s body weight to complete a variety of unique exercises. We offer private TRX sessions as well as group sessions.
Reach your fitness goals with the accountability and nutritional guidance of a certified personal trainer in a group setting. Brenda Athletic Club’s boot camps combine cardio interval training with strength training to provide optimal results.
Our group training provides individual coaching in a group setting. Every class includes a warm up, specific instruction as needed, and a workout. We have several different groups to accommodate our client’s diverse needs. Group training offers a ton of variety in your training and motivation that simply is hard to achieve without the support and camaraderie of a group. Each class is different from the one before and every class is structured so that no matter your fitness level you can participate.

Brenda Athletic Clubs offers training for you and a friend! Get fit and have fun together!
Personal Training for clients who wish to share their training with a partner or “buddy”. The trainer will train both clients at the same time for the period of a half hour or hour session. Buddy Training is a great way to get with fit while having fun with a friend. This is a great option for those that need extra motivation.
Sport Performance/Athletic Conditioning
The love of sport and athletic performance is embraced at Brenda Athletic Club. We pride ourselves in offering high quality coaching for our clients with goals of athletic performance and competition. We have fitness professionals and strength and conditioning coaches who work with athletes of all ages and levels from the recreational athlete to the collegiate athlete.
At BAC we offer a variety of different training options for the athlete. We offer specific sports one on one training as well as group athletic training sessions.
Pilates exercises emphasize smooth, flowing movements that are propelled by both controlled breaths and the core muscles. This class focuses on a full body work-out utilizing the reformer while building long lean muscles and improving flexibility and core strength. These classes are offered in small groups to insure quality instruction. We also offer Private Pilates sessions for those with specific needs.
